I'm not sure of the year, but given the style I would guess it to be from the 1980's. The original sale price is $95.57 according to the price tag still on the package.
Red Papers with Hat-titude Scrapbook Papers Book 24 6x6 Design Originals 3378New, all papers still intact in the book. The covers have a few spots where stickers have been removed and 2.00 is written in black marker on the front cover.
This book includes 24 6x6 scrapbook papers, all in great condition, I would say still new since none have been used or removed from the book. There are some very cute designs, all with a hat theme. There's swirls, Victorian ladies with hats, Roaring 20's ladies with hats, some very modern designs and some very vintage designs. The original price tag says $33.78 so you'll be getting a great deal on these papers!
